Q. I have collected 10 barcodes, how do I redeem?
We're happy that you like our products. To redeem your loyalty rewards, please follow the steps below:
- Register an account on Pets Global Singapore.
- Please take a clear picture of all barcodes.
- Visit Loyalty Reward, fill up the redemption form with the item(s) you wish to redeem, and upload picture(s) of barcodes.
- Submit a new redemption form if there is a different item to redeem.
We will verify your submissions. Once approved, your redemption voucher will deposit into your account.
